CALDWELL COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 8a.m. Wednesday in Caldwell County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2022 Ford Escape driven by a 55-year-old Excelsior Springs woman was northbound on Dustin Road at Paul Drive two miles north of Kingston. The driver swerved to avoid another vehicle. The car traveled along the ditch and overturned in a ravine.
Caldwell County EMS transported the driver to Cameron Regional Medical Center. She was properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
