Friday, July 31st, deputies of the Atchison County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant in Fairfax, resulting in the arrest of two men.
Marcus Hall of Fairfax was charged with four counts of Statutory rape or attempted statutory rape in the 1st degree. He is being held without bond.
Hudson Hall, also of Fairfax, has been charged with one count of Endangering the welfare of a child, involving drugs, in the 1st degree. His bond is set at ten thousand dollars.
All parties are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
