CALDWELL COUNTY—Three people were injured in an accident just after 10:30a.m. Friday in Caldwell County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Chevy Silverado driven by a 44-year-old Lathrop man was westbound on MO 116 just west of Route T two miles west of Polo. The pickup crossed the center line and collided with an eastbound 2003 Chevy Silverado driven by a 45-year-old Ludlow woman. After impact, the 2003 pickup traveled off the road down an embankment.
EMS transported both drivers and a 15-year-old boy in the 2003 Chevy to Liberty Hospital. All three were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
