CALDWELL COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 8:30a.m. Friday in Caldwell County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2017 Ford passenger vehicle driven by a 54-year-old Braymer woman was westbound on MO 116 five miles east of Lathrop. The Ford struck a 2015 Chevy passenger vehicle driven by a 59-year-old Cowgill woman who had just entered MO 116 from a private drive
Caldwell County ambulance transported the 59-year-old driver to Liberty Hospital. The other driver was not injured. Both were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
