Big Brothers Big Sisters (BBBS) of Nodaway County continues to benefit from strong local support, most recently receiving a $1,750 donation from Southern Bank on June 9.
Pictured during the check presentation were Kimberly Ferrell and Community Bank President David Schmidt of Southern Bank, along with Lynette Harbin, executive director of BBBS. The funds will support mentoring programs for local youth.
In addition to Southern Bank's contribution, Evergy has also provided financial support to the organization in recent weeks.
