Voters across Missouri kept a majority of seats within the US House Republican while also voting down the Republican drawn congressional map.

The longtime seat held by Sam Graves will be filled by Republican Chris Stigall in US Representative District 6. Stigall defeated Democrat Josh Smead receiving 151,219, or 58.7%, of the vote to Smead's 100,416, or 39%. In the race for Missouri Senate District 12, incumbant Republican Rusty Black retained his seat receiving 40,492 votes, or 69.7%, against Democrat Judy McNeece who got 17,643 votes, or 30.3%. In the other Senate race, for District 34, Republican Mike Jones won the seat with 33,284 votes, or 50..4%, to Democrat Shereka Barnes 32,725 votes, or 49.6%.

Missouri voters rejected Proposition A, which would have redrawn the congressional maps. 1,273,815 voted no while 785,969 voted yes. With the no votes, the 2022 map stays in place. A yes vote would have put the 2025 map into effect. Voters also handily rejected Amendment 3 with 1,173,172 no votes to 941,065 yes votes. The measure would have repealed the 2024 voter-approved Amendment and would allow abortions for rape or incest under 12 weeks' gestation, emergencies and fetal anomalies, while also prohibiting gender transition surgeries, cross-sex hormones and puberty-blocking drugs for minors.

Missouri Amendment 7 also failed at the polls. Amendment 7 would have created the Show-Me Prosperity Fund. Lawmakers could put money into the fund, and people could donate to it too. The state treasurer would invest the money in the stock market, specifically, funds that track the S&P 500. No money could be taken out until the fund's investment earnings are enough to replace the state's tax revenue. The measure received 1,251,889 no votes to 815,744 yes votes. A measure that did narrowly pass is Amendment 8, which received 1,053,346 yes votes to 1,012,534 no votes.

The final measure, which was approved by voters in Missouri was Amendment 6. The measure addresses Initiative and Referendum Powers and Legislative Change Requirements and received 1,251,555 yes votes 835,585 voted no.
