DAVIESS COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just after 3p.m. Tuesday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Ford F250 driven by a 66-year-old Altamont woman was northbound on MO J at Titan Avenue one mile south of Altamont. The driver attempted to make a left turn into a private drive. A southbound 2011 Chevy Malibu driven by a 24-year-old Cameron woman struck the pickup.
DAVIESS COUNTY EMS transported the Chevy driver and her 20-year-old male passenger to Mosaic in St. Joseph. The pickup driver was not injured. Both drivers were not wearing seat belts, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
