
HARRISON COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just after 10a.m. Thursday in Harrison County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2026 Nissan Rogue driven by a 20-year-old Des Moines, Iowa man was southbound on Interstate 35 at mile marker 110.8. The driver failed to observe a traffic signal indicating a lane closure. The car struck the arrowboard sign in the passing lane of the highway and skidded off the road.
EMS transported the driver to Harrison County Community Hospital. He was properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
