David Lynn Nelson, 70, of Essex, Iowa, and formerly of the Northboro and Westboro area, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at his home.
A celebration of life funeral service for David will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at Nishna Valley Funeral and Cremation Service in Shenandoah with Robert Iske officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends with visitation and viewing on Wednesday evening, July 16, 2025 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Memorials in David's name are being directed to the Shenandoah Fire Department. Following the services cremation will take place.
