Sr. Joan Therese Anderson, 93, passed away on Saturday, February 7, 2026, at Our Lady of Rickenbach in Clyde, Missouri.
Sr. Joan Therese was born on December 18, 1932, in Binghamton, New York to Evon and Sue (Minehan) Anderson. She entered religious life on September 1, 1953. She made her first profession of vows on August 25,1956 and her final profession of vows on August 21, 1959.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews and by her sisters in community.
A wake service will be held on Thursday, February 12th at 7pm at Our Lady of Rickenbach Chapel. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11am on Friday, February 13th at Our Lady of Rickenbach Chapel. Burial will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery on the monastery grounds.
